2020 Listening Campaign Summary
Every year, Center DC conducts an annual community survey to get the pulse on what our people need. The survey is live for 30 days. This year, we had 105 people respond.
Because of how unique 2020 was, we also conducted a listening campaign to get a clearer sense of what our people have been experiencing. Thanks to 6 volunteer listeners, we were able to spend more than 40 hours interviewing 50+ community members in 1:1 conversations.
